Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: August 19, 2026

Welcome to Emergency Towing New Orleans. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your interaction with our online service-request platform.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. Website Purpose

This website provides information about towing and roadside assistance services and may allow visitors to submit service inquiries or requests.

Submitting an inquiry through the website does not automatically create a contract for towing services.

Actual towing or roadside assistance is subject to service availability, vehicle condition, location, applicable laws, and the terms agreed upon for the requested service.

2. Service Requests

When submitting a service request, you agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information.

This may include:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Vehicle information
  • Current vehicle location
  • Destination
  • Description of the vehicle’s condition
  • Type of service requested
  • Other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may affect our ability to respond to or fulfill a service request.

We do not guarantee that a particular service, vehicle, equipment, response time, or destination will always be available.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Any price, estimate, or quote provided before inspection or completion of a service may be based on the information available at that time.

The final amount may depend on the actual circumstances of the service, including vehicle type, distance, recovery difficulty, equipment requirements, waiting time, storage, and other legally applicable charges.

Where Louisiana law establishes applicable fees, rates, billing requirements, or restrictions, those requirements will apply.

5. Towing and Recovery

Towing and recovery services may include, where available:

  • Local towing
  • Long-distance towing

  • Other vehicle transportation or recovery services

The appropriate towing or recovery method will depend on the vehicle and circumstances.

6. Accident Scenes

For accident-related services, customers should first follow applicable emergency procedures and instructions from law enforcement or emergency personnel.

We do not represent that we may enter, access, or remove a vehicle from an accident scene without appropriate authorization.

Louisiana law regulates towing operations at accident scenes and prohibits certain unauthorized solicitation or response activities. Applicable law and law-enforcement requirements control when they apply.

7. Private-Property Towing

Private-property and nonconsensual towing are subject to applicable Louisiana laws and regulations.

Where required, towing authorization, signage, contracts, billing invoices, fees, and other procedures will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

Louisiana law contains specific requirements for nonconsensual towing from private property and parking areas, including authorization and billing requirements. {“fallbackMarkdown”:”(Louisiana Legislature)”,”reference”:{“matched_text”:””,”prefix”:null,”start_idx”:11923,”end_idx”:11942,”safe_urls”:[“https://www.legis.la.gov/legis/Law.aspx?d=206084″,”https://www.legis.la.gov/legis/Law.aspx?d=206084&utm_source=chatgpt.com”],”refs”:[],”alt”:”(Louisiana Legislature)”,”prompt_text”:null,”type”:”grouped_webpages”,”error”:null,”items”:[{“title”:”Louisiana Laws – Louisiana State Legislature”,”url”:”https://www.legis.la.gov/legis/Law.aspx?d=206084&utm_source=chatgpt.com”,”attribution”:”Louisiana Legislature”,”pub_date”:null,”snippet”:””,”attribution_segments”:null,”supporting_websites”:[],”refs”:[{“turn_index”:0,”ref_type”:”search”,”ref_index”:0}],”hue”:null,”attributions”:null}],”style”:null,”fallback_items”:null,”status”:”done”},”showLoginRequiredCard”:false}
